Silicon Valley would like to put forward a serious fraud with one of the clients that we have recently faced. The Client is a company called AA Internationals with its location in Dehradun, India.
The project undertaken by us for this client was work related to XML. But for the project to be undertaken the company asked us to give an amount of 1.5 lac as guarantee, which was submitted by us timely. The deal decided with AA Internationals included hiring 12 developers for task.
We had started with the task, but AA Internationals had not been provide work at proper timings. Moreover we had also noticed that AA Internationals have also being giving the same work to different companies in deal, like us. So we decided to withdraw from the contract and asked them to deliver back the amount of guarantee. By they were reluctant to give us the guarantee money back. Finally they gave us the cheque worth 1 lac with the cheque details as following:

The above mentioned cheque when we tried to encash, bounced back and thus eventually our guarantee money still lies with them.
We have elaborated this complete tragic incident to bring before you the exact attitude of this company who is formal at face but the base of their foundation is utter cheating. It is just for our fellow companions to be aware.
