Employee Left without Notice

(Employees Black Listed from Silicon Valley)

Following employees are black listed from our company  Silicon Valley Infomedia Pvt Ltd as they have left without prior notice or intimation to the company. They have signed 2 years agreement with the company but left without completion honoring Agreement.  They also have not honoured NDA signed with the company. They left without  prior notice and without completion of ongoing project entrusted to them.

1. Mr. Pankaj Wagh Residing at C-33, Tejendra Nagar Dt-4, Near New Railway Colony, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad who was appointed as Trainee PHP Programmer from 25th August, 2009 and entered into an agreement to serve the Company for at least 1year and 6 month, and in case if is intended to leave the job, was required to give 3 months advance notice  or  liable to reimburse the salary withdrawn till date by way of liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement, was been absent from his duties since 11th Feb. 2010. He left the organization without completing his project. He is not trust worthy.
   
   
2. Mr. Montu Pepavanshi Residing at, 2/A, Karnavati Apartment, 29 Bhaulabhai Park , Gita Mandir Road, Ahmedabad who was appointed as Trainee PHP Programmer from1st April, 2010 and entered into an agreement to serve the Company for at least 2 year, and in case if is intended to leave the job, was required to give 3 months advance notice  or  liable to reimburse the salary withdrawn till date by way of liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement, was been absent from his duties since 17 th May, 2010. He left the organization without completing his project. He is not trust worthy.
   
   
3. Mr. Aditya Bhatt Residing at B/54, Tripada Society, Near Gor's Kuvo, Maninagar (east), Ahmedabad who was appointed as Web Developer from 23rd November, 2006 and entered into an agreement to serve the Company for at least 1year, and in case if is intended to leave the job, was required to give 3 months advance notice  or  liable to reimburse the salary withdrawn till date by way of liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement, was been absent from his duties since 27th May 2007. He left the organization without completing his project. He is not trust worthy.
   
   
4. Mr. Yogesh Panchal Residing at 24/Bahubali Society, Radhanpur Road, Mehsana who was appointed as Web Developer from 12th March, 2007 and entered into an agreement to serve the Company for at least 1year, and in case if is intended to leave the job, was required to give was required to give 3 months advance notice  or  liable to reimburse the salary withdrawn till date by way of liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement, was been absent from his duties   since 27th May2007. He left the organization without completing his project. He is not trust worthy.
   
   
5. Mr. Ashish Bhawnani Residing at 31A, Swaran Walika Colony, Vandna Nagar, Main Road, Indore-452018 who was appointed as .Net Developer from 11th June, 2007 and entered into an agreement to serve the Company for at least 1year, and in case if is intended to leave the job, was required to give was required to give 3 months advance notice  or  liable to reimburse the salary withdrawn till date by way of liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement, was been absent from his duties since 4th June 2007. He left the organization without completing his project. He is not trust worthy.
   
   
6. Mr. Praful Savaliyaresiding at  104, Pranam Apartment,Anjali Society, B/h. Khodiyar Complex, Punagam Surat  who was appointed as PHP Programmer from 1st September, 2009 and entered into an agreement to serve the Company for at least 2 year, and in case if is intended to leave the job, was required to give 3 months advance notice  or  liable to reimburse the salary withdrawn till date by way of liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement, was been absent from his duties s since 16th August 2010. He left the organization without completing his project. He is not trust worthy..


7. Mr.Chavda Mitesh Shaileshbhai resident of C/51, Sarvottam Nagar, Nr. Railway Colony, Sabarmati Ahmedabad, who was appointed as Sr. PHP Programmer from 11th July, 2011 and entered into an agreement to serve the Company for at least 2 year, and in case if is intended to leave the job, was required to give 3 months advance notice or liable to reimburse the salary withdrawn till date by way of liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement, was been absent from his duties since 29th August, 2011. He has not reported to duty after drawing his Salary and increment. He left the organization without completing his project. He is not trust worthy.


8. Mrs.Dhvani J. Mehta resident of Block No-1125, Sector-27,Swastik Society, Gandhinagar , Ahmedabad, who was appointed as Jr. PHP Programmer from 4th May, 2011 and entered into an agreement to serve the Company for at least 2 year, and in case if is intended to leave the job, was required to give 3 months advance notice or liable to reimburse the salary withdrawn till date by way of liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement, was been absent from his duties since 27th September, 2011. He has not reported to duty after drawing his Salary and increment. He left the organization without completing his project. He is not trust worthy.


9. Ms.Rashmi K. Soni resident of C-1/5, GEB Colony , Gandhinagar , Ahmedabad, who was appointed as Jr. PHP Programmer from 4th May, 2011 and entered into an agreement to serve the Company for at least 2 year, and in case if is intended to leave the job, was required to give 3 months advance notice or liable to reimburse the salary withdrawn till date by way of liquidated damages for the premature termination of the agreement, was been absent from his duties since 27th September, 2011. He has not reported to duty after drawing his Salary and increment. He left the organization without completing his project. He is not trust worthy.
