Our programming requirements are very, very complex. We switched from another Indian programming company to Silicon Valley in October 2011. The other company provided updates on their progress every day but the updates only partially completed the required task. As the project manager, this required me to go through the entire requirement each day, rewriting new detailed requirements each day. I requested completion updates only, but after a couple days, they were back to not finishing the requirements before uploading to our server.
After much frustration, we came across Silicon Valley and decided to make the switch. It was less than a month for them to become very familiar with the coding in our project. Questions are asked while the task is being completed to make sure the finished result is correct. I am now receiving updates when tasks are completed or when a significant portion of a task is completed for testing. I am very pleased with the programming skill of the developers, their rate of development and delivery of the finished code.
In short, we highly recommend Silicon Valley and are pleased we have found them.
